Leandro Erlich visited Echigo-Tsumari in preparation for ETAT2018

We were excited to welcome Leandro Erlich to Echigo-Tsumari whose artwork will be presented at Sansho House this spring prior to ETAT2018.

As one of the internationally acclaimed artists, his artworks "Tunnel" at Echigo-Tsumari Satoyama Museum of Contemporary Art, KINARE and "Swimming Pool" at 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa are popular amongst Japanese audience. During his visit, he re-visited "Tunnel" at KINARE to get inspiration for developing ideas for his artwork for ETAT2018. He then visited Sansho House on the following day, learnt about board for snow shelter and shared his ideas for new artworks.
